The brief was to remove gabion baskets and form rock work to side of stream to make it look more natural, all rock was sourced from Gragside estate so looks natural.
All steps in and around iron bridge were very uneven over decades of use our brief was to uplift and put in foundations for new steps and replace existing steps in original and exact place as existing and make it look like there had been there for years.
As you see from photos we achieved this with both rock work and steps looking stunning and looks like there have been there for years.
