Established in 1999 we are a family owned and run business. Dawson Landscapes Ltd began by offering grounds maintenance services to suit the specific needs of North East schools and businesses. This includes grass cutting, hedge cutting, weed control, hard and soft landscaping, all-weather and synthetic surface maintenance, gritting and tree work.
Our reputation has been built on foundations of reliability and quality. Testament to this is the growth year on year of contracted business, the high level of customer retention, a constant investment in staff training and machinery, expansion of the services offered and the recent addition of hospitals and commercial premises for our maintenance services. In addition, we also carry out the design and installation of domestic projects, ranging from driveways and patios to ponds and other water features.
In recent years we have seen significant development in our educational play areas for schools and learning centres, with innovative features such as thermoplastic markings, activity panels, play sculptures, adventure trim trails and more.

In November 2015, we won 3 Marshalls Regional awards which then took us to the Nationals, where we scooped 2 National awards one for Winner of Best use of Drivesys and a highly commended award for Best Driveway Transformation over 70m and came third overall for Contractor of the year as voted by all Marshalls Register Contractors.
In 2014, we became an award winning Marshalls accredited installer. Pictured to the side is our team picking up the regional award at the ceremony in November 2014.
